Filleting cuts up meat and or fish in into 0.3kg portions. It never fails. The quality depends on your butchering skill, the quality of the fish, the quality of your butchering knife, and the skill you have in using a 3 kg [[meat fillet]] or [[butchering knifefish fillet]]portions.  Remains Fish or meat pieces smaller then than 0.3 kg will be discarded.
