Today when trying to winch a catapult my Libila priest received the message "Libila would not approve of that."

Is this a bug? or just an undocumented penalty for priests? The closest I can find is that "Priests cannot steal, pick locks or destroy structures." However Libila is supposed to be the exception to this rule.

If this isn't a bug then it should be added to the Libila page for completeness, as well as a warning for prospective priests. --Funkapus 07:31, 23 February 2012 (UTC)

Creates possibly random types of blue "dying" mobs within 3 tiles of the target over time which are immobile, deal damage and cannot be killed. Can be improved with recast and seems to last longer with more power as well as spawn more impressive creatures such as dragons, reportedly ~1.5 minutes at 60 power. Increased power does increased damage, you cannot block attacks from these phantom creatures and armor does not seem to protect you, moving away from them will prevent their attacks.

Description
Special moves are gained when you have enough skill in a specific weapon. You can only perform special moves with your primary weapon (a weapon equipped in your right hand), and in certain stances.
There are about 6 different moves in each class of weapons, in each kingdom. Special moves cost more stamina to use than regular attacks, but instead inflict more damage, multiple wounds or add some kind of effect. If you fail to perform the move it will cost you 1/10 of the original stamina cost. The chance to hit remains the same as you usually have. Special moves cannot be parried, glanced, or dodged.

These classes are:
* Swords - special moves affect focus levels
* Axes - identical to swords
* Mauls - special moves affect food and water supply
* Knives - all moves cause stuns

Note that some tools also have special moves, but from one of these classes mentioned above.

Different kingdoms learn different names for moves.

Jenn-Kellon:
* slightly shorter timers with sword moves
* slightly longer timer with maul moves, and less maul moves.

Horde of the Summoned:
* slightly faster timers with maul moves and more of them.
* slightly longer timer with swords

Mol-Rehan:
* normal timers for swords.
* normal timers for mauls and more of them

Freedom:
* Average time to perform the move.
* Average damage wounds.
* Creates multiple wounds/drains stamina/breaks concentration.
Data about skill: after starting to meditate, there is a check at the 4-second mark. If you fail, the meditating fails: "you fail to relax". If you succeed, you get one of the meditation messages, a small amount of skill and the meditation continues. At the end of the meditation timer you sometimes get skill; this is about 10x the amount that you get for passing the relaxation check. I currently (skill~5) get skill every time for the relaxation check, and only some of the time at end-of-timer. Does the skill make success at meditating easier? do you have to be a certain skill to progress along the path? * The number of guards in a guard tower. There is one guard every 10 QL, so a 24 QL tower has 2 guards while a 41 QL tower has 4 guards. A tower will always have 1 guard but it will not get a second until it passes 20 QL.
A toolbelt is an ingenious system of pockets, pouches, hooks, and holes designed to keep a wide array of common tools.

The hooks' QL affects the success rate.
On failure, hooks are destroyed, and the leather belt is damaged.
Adding the cloth only uses 0.3kg even if the piece is bigger.

Usage
Wear the toolbelt on the legs and the toolbelt will appear on the HUD (like the compass). However, the toolbelt must be at least 20QL before it will even appear on the HUD, even if it's already worn (equipped) on the legs. Drag tools into the toolbar's slots which can be bound to hotkeys. There is one slot at 20 QL, plus an extra slot for every 10 QL after that (up to 5 maximum slots).
