Lainiwakura:

A particular catastrophic event that occurred in April of 2007 approximately a year after the initial Gold release of Wurm (those JK-Home and Wild maps now referred to as Goldv1 or Gold-1). The server hard-drives were damaged beyond recovery, and the only surviving backups dated back to January of that year.

As a result of the lost data, both maps were reset a month later with those premium players compensated with respective amounts of [[trinket|trinkets]] and what purchased silver was on record. In addition, steps were taken to ensure that the previous loss of the backups will not occur again.

These current maps are referred to as Goldv2 or Gold-2.

A natural fence made from planting sprouts. The lowest height of hedge does not block movement.

It appears that different hedges will grow to different possible heights.

Lavender stays at the lowest height.

[[Wild growth]] advances them 1 length

Prune with a [[sickle]] (or other bladed tools) to make them 1 growth shorter.
(On deed the manage option 'can cut old trees' must be enabled).

A sickle can also be used to destroy a low hedge.

Undefined settlement

This page is a catch-all for a settlement which has been referred to but does not have its own page.

The likeliest reasons for this is that another [[settlement]] has used the <nowiki>{{Settlement}}</nowiki> template or that a player profile page has referred to this because they either are or have been a member of the town.

*If you were just curious then sorry, the information you are after does not currently exist.
*If this is not your current town and you know someone who is in the town, let them know, now adding content is their problem.
*If you are a member of this town and your town mayor/elders have agreed to it then you can create or modify the page that this redirect is covering for.
*Do not edit the pages of other towns unless you are an administrator or authorised, even then unless the content on the page is against the policies and rules of Wurm, the changes must be limited to correcting spelling and link errors and adding category tags.
*If in doubt then do not touch the redirect. Ask.

If you have authority to create a proper page for the town then click at the top where it says redirected from town_name. On the page it takes you to click on edit and remove the #redirect, now add the content which showcases your town.

This is also used to clean up links to settlements which will never be added. This will mostly be historical settlements, either from Beta, Gold 1 or one of the Home Servers. If the settlement redirection that brought you here definitely came from a settlement which was not on the current servers then you can modify that redirection to be

The Hell Hound has an extremely large aggro range, estimated at 10-20 tiles. One should have at least 40 Fight Skill and 50QL+ armor and weapons to take one on with the possibility of only medium wounds. Hell Hounds will walk in shallow water, but do not swim.

Although the flames like lava spider and fiends , they do Cut damage from their claws and no burn damage.

You might've noticed I haven't been around much lately. There are basically two reasons for this:
1) Real Life
Some things have happened in my life that meant I can't be around as much as I've used to.
I'm two years away from turning 30, and I'm [[Wikipedia:Midlife crisis|freaking out]]. 
2) Project Status
It feels like most new development that needs to happen is on the server, and there really isn't 
that much left for me to work on in the client. Adding more features like [[mounts|ridable horses]] and so feels 
wrong since [[fighting]] and [[religion]] still [don't] work properly. 
Because of this, I've decided to stop working on Wurm Online, and focus on other things.
I'll still be around, of course. 
Perhaps now that I've admitted that, I'll dare showing up on [[irc]] again. I miss that place.

Your faith and soul are strong enough to become a Champion of <god>. The decision to do this is final, and extremely dangerous. If you choose this path, you will eventually pass the spirit currently blocking the path to the netherworld, effectively dying forever. He will block your passage three times more. This means you will not be able to play this character any more after you die the third time. It does however have its advantages: You will immediately get a boost of power, granted <god>. You will also gain a permanent bonus when fighting and performing certain other tasks. Your faith and favor will be set to max, and you may never lose or change deity. Transmutation liquid was given out by Santa to all premium players who visited him during the week of Christmas 2009. 0.14kg of it comes in a 60QL glass flask, which can hold .25kg of liquid total. The 99QL liquid loses weight per use, however it may not be apparent it has lost weight because it appears to lose amounts less than 0.01kg or a random chance to lose between 0.01kg and 0.02kg.

If you try to drink it, you will see this in your event window:

Named in tribute to New Broleans and it's fleet, the cog will another eyecatcher once it's done. It is being built on the road just outside the fort.

====The Brohera Desert====
After months of fighting back the oleander population, it was decided to get rid of the oleander field once and for all by turning it into a desert. Due to the positive response to this project, it is still being expanded. It is the biggest desert of GV.

====Balls Deep Mine====
Balls Deep Mine was created by the old bros at the time of Fort Broventure's first construction. While they have done most of the major mining operations, the bros in the more recent times(list above) have managed to put in their fair share of mining. Some of the former personal mines have been conjoined with Balls Deep.

====Fort Broventure====
Created by the founders of Brohalla back in May and rebuilt once or twice, the Fort is a key location in Brohalla. Many events occur here, such as friendly spars, dubious ragequitting and creation of many objects. It has numerous forges and ovens inside, and has a dock in the back. It is currently not bein used as much due to the construction of Town Square. New purposes for the fort are being discussed.

====Brolossus====
Started by the founders of Brohalla during it's very early days and our most arduous broject. The Brolossus was completed at 21 November 2009 at 03:42:05 (GMT +1). Being the second finished colossus on GV, it could be said to be the biggest achievement for the bros. Unbelievable amounts of bro blood, sweat and tears were spent in it's construction but it finally payed off in the end. Every bro who helped at any stage during it's construction is credit to team. The Brolossus stands on a pedestal in the middle of Brohalla's town square facing west.

====Brohalla Community Farm====
Secured in September, the community farm provides bros with pretty much all available crops. Having over 55 farmable tiles, the harvests are not only bountiful, but it also gives newcomers a chance to gain farming skill without actualy having to build one of their own. It also doubles as a kennel for the rarer kinds of dogs.

====Animal Farm====
Being both a farm and an animal pen, it houses most of Brohalla's cattle while supplying bros with wemp and/or cotton.
