Changes

South Port was a beta settlement. Before the reset, Southport lay southwest of [[Seaside]], at the entrance of a bay. Now the town, known as New Southport, is located on a scenic, remote peninsula. It is prosperous, friendly, and is always looking for new members.

New members join , upon reaching the city with , are given the rank of [[#Youngers|Younger]]. Promotion to other ranks is not automatic and is decided by the City Council.

Each citizen has a house in the deed and access to the trader , storehouse, and a citizen's workshopcookhouse. Citizens also receive better personal equipment and have all the rights youngers do. They may also invite initiates to join the town and can be voted elders in 1-3 weeks time.

Youngers get a bed with a large chest at its foot at the younger's bunkhouse, which also serves as their workshop. They share the tools of that building and may also be given personal items (which they don't need to share). They receive free meals and a warm welcome every time they login :-) They may apprentice themselves to another member or pursue a career yet unexplored on the town.
