When creating a silver altar, it will appear in front of you, after that it can NOT be moved from where it is created!
Improving it requires the standard [[jewelry smithing ]] or [[blacksmithing ]] tools, only exception is you don't have to have the altar glowing, as there is no way you can put it in a fire, or forge.
Creating a Silver Altar option comes after you get 10 in jewelry smithing with QL 7 anvil
