 The Celtic Highlands are a rather large deed on the western side of the continent of Independence.

After a long period of time, Eyerobot left the deed in the hands of [[User:Miloch|Miloch]], who took fine care of the deed. After months of care-taking, Miloch had real life matters to attend to, and then called upon his friend, [[User:Goblinking|Goblinking]].
