		+	Lockedbob from Release came to me and said that he was able to build a cog on another character inside a large cart without the boat getting stuck or rendering both vehicles unusable.  My large cart has a boat lock attached, it is "locked" but I can access the hold, drag it, and embark it without the key being in my inventory but in a large chest in my house. Therefore the information added about locks seems to be errorneus.
