 It only takes 1 minute if you try to go to sleep off-deed. On deed it is instant, and if you have been fighting in the last 5 minutes it takes considerably more than 1 minute. Most people live on a deed, therefor for most people, going to sleep causes them to log off and leave the world instantly. I thought my wording was more accurate, but it's not a big deal I guess.
