Commonly referred to as === Refresh ===There is a "Refresh tick". Randomly appears small, random chance that your food and water will be filled at the end of a successful meditation, with meditation skill level and rug quality increasing the chance.Your food nutrition and water CCFP values will be filled (Nutrition is unaffected). You will receive a mini skill increase in meditation regardless of if you get a normal skill increase, but it will stack if you do.
