===How to do it===
#For this example i I will assume that you start with a 4x4 (totally) flat area and want to raise the middle 2x2 area up high.
#First drop 40 dirt on each corner of the 2x2 area.
#Once the outer slopes are 40 dirt, start dropping dirt (batches of 10-20 dirt is good) in the center of the 2x2.
#Repeat until either you get the "Spire" to your desired height or to your skill height.
