Body control helps with chance to hit, accuracy or attack speed, and [[Stealth|stealthing]], as well as determines the [[mounts ]] that the character can ride. Best method to gain body control is by [[fighting]]. [[Smithing]], [[woodcutting]] and [[carpentry]] all offer good skill gain too.
