Changed the note that you can't smelt things higher ql then the pot to smelting giving lump at the same ql of the item being smelted. Discussed in CA Chat on Sept 8, 2015

* Can only smelt Smelting items of equal or lower [[quality]] seems to give lumps equivalent to the ql of the smelting pot?item being smelted.
* Metal items must be glowing hot to smelt down into a lump.
* This is not a container, but it's activated and used like a tool.
