Description

Required for completion of various tools and weapons such as swords, sickles and knives.

The quality of the handle will now match the quality of the shaft (unless you fail of course). It is not possible to create an unfinished handle anymore, and they can no longer be improved (though you should be able to finish any unfinished handles you have lying around).
