Tuscany Port is founded. Eventually, the original 11x11 is flattened.
January '10
The 21x21 land area that encompasses the initial area of Nist Akath is completed, with special thanks to Traxx of Pheonix Enterprises.
February '10
The new deed changes are put in place. Tuscany Port as such is disbanded and replaced with Nist Akath.
Alliance is formed with Pheonix Enterprises.
Jaiden joins the village.
March '10
Jaybudd, overseer, takes a vacation from Wurm.
Deed silently remains.

Jaybudd returns. Nothing major is changed.
