* Traders and merchants no longer leave when they do poor business. A trader that is undeeded can be deeded again instead by someone else. That trader will add to the upkeep in the settlement it is with the tax rate.

* Personal merchants will be rewritten in about a month. They will accept higher set prices the more money they make. This first month will be used to gather data on your merchants so make sure to get some business going.
