added part about towers to the guidlines of the highway

* A [[Colossus]] looking down on the bay.
* Highway leading directly to NT. It is considered public, but the creators reserve the right to change it at any time. Its current look is a 2-tile cobblestone road with gravel on the sides. [The highway is to be compleatly free from towers '''Some parts still unfinished''']
* A nice looking harbour with docks for both large and small ships/boats. It is meant to be used by BoS members only. If you want to station/dock a boat there you are recommended to ASK first.
* All roads in BoS are 2 or 3-tile wide, but these, unlike the NT road, are '''NOT public roads'''. These roads are constantly undergoing changes.
