Changes

The Bartender is an [[NPC]] in all Starter towns ([[First Light]], [[Glitterdale]], [[Gold Coast]], [[The Landing]], [[The Shroud]], [[Samling]]).  The bartender gives food and water to any player with under 24 hours of play time. [[Food]] and [[Water]] are increased to 100%, as well as [[Nutrition]] being increased to a maximum of 50%.
