== Additional Bonuses ==
Commonly referred to as a "Refresh tick". Randomly appears at the end of a successful meditation at higher levels (9+), with meditation skill level and rug quality increasing the chance.
Your food and water will be filled (Nutrition is unaffected). You will receive a mini skill increase in meditation instead of the usual size if this coincides with a skillgain tick.
