Description

The aged cobra king hisses loudly and the royal regalia is handed to you from above! You are the new Emperor of Horde of the Summoned!

Cobra king is an NPC that decides of who shall be the next emperor for Horde of the Summoned. It is immobile and non-aggressive but also known to attack Avatars of White Light. Followers of the Black Light can take the test to be emperor.

The Cobra king is found by the starter deed on Elevation and Defiance. On Chaos it is right north of the Shroud.
