Pinevale has been disbanded. Some of the villagers moved to MR-Home when it opened, some stopped playing entirely and some relocated elsewhere on JK-Home. The place where Pinevale used to be now is Scape Cape and belongs to Scaper, one of the former Villagers. Pinevale is a size 5 village located about 15 minutes west of Newtown. It has been founded in December 2007 and is currently in the state of being built. Pinevale welcomes new villagers or people considering to settle near the village.
During the last two months or so (as of beginning of June 2008), Pinevale seemed to be abandoned. All of the villagers seemed to have left Wurm for good and I (Ashyja) had to quit due to getting a new job and some personal problems. Now I have returned and try to shape the village and surroundings once again to form a unique, somewhat secluded space in a vast forest. If you want to be part of this process, can look for yourself, are friendly and like the possibilities the village could give you (a combination of being far away and still near enough to civilization, a large space you can help shape into something unique and having a place, that offers anything one would need without the hassle and anonymity of a large village), then Pinevale could be something for you.
(I'd just like to clarify that many of the villagers hasn't left the game, only moved to an outpost on the west coast near the old Oakvale bay. /Carlez)
