When trying to add a different item, you will get the message {{event|inline|Only snowballs can be put into an icebox.}}**The more [[snowball|snowballs ]] in the icebox, the slower the decay on the food items.**[[Snowball|Snowballs ]] will also decay slower when in a larder.
*Wrapped food items placed in a larder will decay even slower than if they were unwrapped.
**Food items can be wrapped with either a square piece of [[Square_piece_of_cloth|cotton]] or [[Square_piece_of_wool_cloth|wool]] cloth, [[paper]], or [[wax paper]].
