Added info that a finished pylon can not be turned.
* At 65 Masonry, the Pylon requires a 43QL Slab to unlock the option to create. The quality of the clay does not appear to matter.
* At 61.72 Masonry, the pylon requires a 46.29ql slab. Clay quality does not matter.
* Once finished, a Pylon cannot be turned.
