* The Wand of the Sea is rumored to instantly create an island within a body of water where otherwise there is no land. It has also been rumored, in the past, to instantly create a sizable valley/hole in the ground where there was no such hole before. Which of these functions the wand truly performs is yet to be fully confirmed.
