'''Venom''' is a spell given to priests of Fo at 62 faith. It is a weapon enchantment that can deal deals poison wounds to opponents when struck with it. It requires 120 favor to cast, and therefore requires [[linking]] of multiple priests or possessing a special [[Kingdom Title#Offices|kingdom title]] on Chaos or Epic. The titles of Royal Priest (JK) , Religious Advisor (MR), and Seer (HOTS) allow for half-favor casting.

A poisoned wound has a chance Wounds caused by this enchantment bypass the glancing effect of killing you on a healing tick (10 minutes), or it will heal on its ownarmour. If you are at risk of dying it will display this message at every healing tick:{{event|inline|The poison burning in your veins makes you sweat!}}

* The poison wound caused by Venom is not the same as a wound that has poison status, and will not cause the same chance of instant death.* This spell will stack with [[Aura of shared pain]], [[Blessings of the dark]], [[Circle of cunning]], [[Demise spells]], [[Mind stealer]], [[Nimbleness]], [[Web armour]] and [[Wind of ages]].
