Changes

* Saddle sacks do decay when left outside of inventory - even in containers. They do not appear to decay while equipped to a horse.* Saddle sacks do now provide some little decay prevention protection, if any, to their contents when equipped on a horse. This protection is similar to that of a player's inventory or even saddle bags, saving some items while not saving others such as food items and lanterns.
