* Stone strike increases your likelihood of a successful surface mining action (lowering the tile) rock by power of the cast/10%. So 10% at 100, 5% at 50, etc. with a cap of 60% at 100 mining, 100 strone stone strike cast.
* Without stone strike, 100 mining would give you a 50% chance.
