** The [[Path of Power]] ability "Elemental Immunity" will prevent this damage if active, as with other elemental damage.
** Priests of [[Magranon]] with above 40 [[Faith|faith]] and 40 [[Favor|favor]] receive the ability to walk on lava tiles without taking damage.
* Lava tiles cause damage to items left on top of them.
** Most items take 1.00 damage approximately every 15 minutes.
