Reworded alcohol wording to explain better its increase in alcohol decay in the system.
*While caffeine is active, sleep bonus is drained at an accelerated rate in return for increased skill gain; however, doing so produces the restlessness de-buff.
*Caffeine will alleviate the affects of causes [[alcohol]]intoxication to decay faster.
*If the player drinks a caffeine beverage within 10 minutes of logging in, free ten minutes of [[sleep bonus]] will be provided.
