This project contains 53 pens, some 1 tile to house 1-2 animals and others 8 tiles to house 4-5 animals each. Some of the pens will be off-deed and will remain that way to keep a place for animals that don't need to benefit from the advantages of being on deed.
There will be an effort to make all grass tiles enchanted grass, to give the best possible care to all animals.
This project also lays the groundwork for the animal husbandry building and there will also be terrain work done for the carriage house project to the west of the project site.
