Its Quite simple really: Use Activate your [[Sprout ]] (See [[Forestry]]) , right click Dirt Grass [[dirt]], [[grass]] or Packed Dirt [[packed dirt]] (Will Create Grass create [[grass]] on spot) than then go to Nature > Plant, . Told you it was simple :D [[Flowers]] can also be planted, but only on a [[dirt]] tile. Will not always succeed.
