==Making of an Altar==
When creating a silver altar where you are standing when u create it is where the altar will appear, after that it can NOT be moved from where it is created!
Improving it requires the standard jewelsmithing or blacksmithing tools, only exception is you dont have to have the altar glowing, as there is no way you can put it in a fire, or forge.
