added a use for pendulums
== Description ==
A hanging weight, this can be used for divination to find a water source which can be tapped by building a [[fountain]] (the container type) on the indicated spot. There is no skill involved in doing this but it is possible that the quality of the pendulum. No known usesmay affect your divination chances.
