I fixed the noinclude issue, you had forgotten the closing tag. The idea of including sections in the suggested code is good, but it won't work as well with a TOC. The first text underneath the template should be without a heading, just a sentence or two summarizing the village. Typically name, size, server and location. This handles location, so maybe make that "How to get here" instead. Similarly, description can be merged in with history. Hard to get one size fits all here.
Making the caption colored is not a problem to me. Maybe even make it a different color? I don't feel elders fit into the template, though. Naming people to contact is a useful thing, but we should call it something more informative than elders.
