Changes

The number of actions you can queue is determined by your character's [[mind logic]]. Initially you can queue up two actions (while performing a third). At 30 mind logic, the queue increases to three. At 40 mind logic, queue size is four. It is believed that every 10 points gives an additional queue slot.
