Changes

We are an established village with a mayor who has final say in all things city-related, while taking into consideration the opinions of his villagers. The founding members make up a Council of Advisers that are essential to making the village work well. All citizens have a right to be heard, understood, and taken into account. However, as stated previously, Rogan makes the final call.
