The population of Bro Vegas live by a lose set of rules know as "Bromunism"
*All equipment from the Welfare Pen is for public use and must be returned when finished with.

Bromunism is frowned up by The Bay of Swedes area, because it encourages rapid growth and makes use of private roads leading from [[Newtown]].
Currently Bro Vegas is a self contained state, but may one day expand and encourage the Virtues of Bromunism to spread throughout the Bay of Swedes.
