Added info that you can double click to examine items
To Examine an item right-click it, and select the "Examine" option.
Also, to examine an item/ground tile on the ground double/triple click on the object.
Examining an item or object can tell you a description of the item, it's [[quality]], [[damage]], temperature, paint color, creator, and what it need to be improved.
