Changes

Wear the toolbelt on your legs and the Toolbelt window toolbelt will appearon the HUD (like the [[compass]]). Here you can drag Drag tools into the toolbar's slots which can be bound to Hotkeyshotkeys. There is one slot at 20ql20 QL, plus an extra slot for every 10ql 10 QL after that (up to 5 maxiumum a maximum slots).
