The [[hooks]]' [[QL]] affects the success rate. Adding the cloth only uses 0.3kg even if the piece is bigger.
== Usage ==
Wear the toolbelt on your the legs and the toolbelt will appear on the [[HUD ]] (like the [[compass]]). However, the toolbelt must be at ''least'' 20QL before it will even appear on the HUD, even if it's already worn ([[equip]]ped) on the legs. Drag tools into the toolbar's slots which can be bound to hotkeys. There is one slot at 20 QL, plus an extra slot for every 10 QL after that (up to 5 maximum slots).
