A '''portal''' is a gateway to another land, which can be used to instantly teleport you to various places in Wurm. On [[Golden Valley]] these portals can be found at [[New Dawn]]. Portals are generally one-way, so be sure of your decision if you choose to enter one. The following portals currently exist in Wurm:

* Flame portal: Takes you from Glitterdale on the Golden Valley to the starter town [[Gold Coast]] of Mol-Rehan lands of on the [[wild server]].* Stone portal: Takes you from First Light on the Golden Valley to the starter town [[The Landing]]of Jenn-Kellon lands on the wild server.* Stone desolate portal: Takes you to the starter town [[The Shroud]] of Horde of the Summoned on the wild server.* Stone freedom stones: Takes you to the starter town [[Samling]] of Freedom Isles on the [[freedom server]]. ** Wild server: If you use this portal on the wild server, it will charge 20 silver from your bank account, and reduce your fighting and archery skills by 5% if they are above 50. There are also four portals connecting the Wild server to Freedom, one in each main settlement for JK and MR.

Note: You must have a premium account to use the these portals on the Golden Valley server.
