* [[New Unity]] Habour - 11x31 tile deed located just a few tiles west of [[New Unity]]. Contains a shipbuilding area along with 3 docks and a canal connecting itself to [[New Unity]].
* [[The GekkoState]] - 11x31 tile deed located north of [[Solace]]. Contains a 222 tile farm, 60 tile animal pens and a 11x11 living area sporting a workshop, storage and estate house. [[The GekkoState]] is now disbanded.
