Located West-Northwest on the mainland, with a large deposit of public [[clay]]. Founded on September 6th, 2010.

Aggressive Animals are rather scarce here, but have been seen here and there. The settlement has a personal [[guard tower]] nearby just incase, with two guards.

Not much is known about who lived at the spot before Dragonhead saw it. What is, it was named Saltwater Bay, founded over a year ago. It was a port settlement for Kinsaitos, which is just east-southeast up the road.
The area was in disrepair when Dragonhead saw it. Trees growing on the top tier and lots of missing fences. But it was like the area was calling to him.
