Some people have seen their Garden Gnomes go UP in quality in a large chest, similar to wine.
Garden Gnomes go up in ql over time. It seems that the ql goes up faster when there is more decay from items inside the gnome. Can fit many sprouts in one gnome. 10sprouts in another object, such as a gnome vs 1 sprout equals more decay and higher ql. When nothing decays in the gnome, the ql seems to stay at 1qllarge cart.
