An ink sac can be butchered from obtained as a byproduct when [[Butchering#Fileting|fileting]] an [[fish|octopus]]. It is used to create [[black ink]]. You will always get filets, but the chance to also get an inc sac is relative low and doesn't seem to be related to butchering skill.
