Added tile keeping ql. Tested on 2 vein tiles and 2 rock tiles
Casting it on a cavewall will reinforce it. (Please be careful as a reinforced tile can only be removed by a deed mayor)
The tile will keeps it original quality. (note that the Vein ql will transfer to Rock ql.)
