In terms of personality and personal beliefs, Roman has a very strong but and stubborn conviction. He is a stern believer that all rewards should only be bestowed upon those who show merit and are deserving of it, hence his strong disposition towards the traditional methods of dividing loot from slayings (whereby event organisers, the butcher, and platesmiths would claim a full portion of the reward for themselves for minimal effort).
