→Notes: Note about brushes not taking damage on failure.
* The [[quality]] of the wemp fibre affects the chance of creation. The quality of the shaft affects the maximum initial quality of the grooming brush.
* The quality of the brush affects the chance of failing, and the amount of skill gain. Therefore using a low quality one will give you more skill gain over a higher quality brush. However the higher quality brush will be more effective if you want to get done faster.
* Grooming brushes do not take damage on a failed action. They only take damage after successfully grooming an animal.
