0.10kg 15kg of [[lye]] is required to turn 3.00kg of hide into 3.00kg of leather. You may use larger quantities of both [[lye]] and [[animal hide | hide]], only the amount required will be used. The quality of the lye affects the creation chance. Note : There seems to be a bug with large amounts of lye. The message "The hide contains too little material to create a leather. Try to combine it with a similar object to get a larger amount." is shown.Use a smaller lye container to work around that.
