Changes

When all the settlements of a PMK have disbanded, the PMK kingdom will automatically disband, and all of it's members will be converted to the template kingdom. Another trigger for disbanding a PMK is it having too low of an active premium population. At the current writing moment the minimum cap is set to 40 players. If the player is on the same server, the player will never be discounted from the active count as long as premium is active on the account. If the player leaves the server, the player will be discounted after 3 days without return.
