The All starter village have a recruitment board is a board that can be planted (with at least 10 digging skill) at by the starter village. You can add an ad to the board that tells new players that you are taking citizenswurm staff.

To The recruitment board is a board that can be planted with at least 10 digging skill. You can add an ad right-click the to any recruitment board and click "Create recruitment ad"that tells new players that you are taking citizens.

If you're in a village, to add an ad right-click the board and click "Create recruitment ad". The ad will appear on all recruitment board then go away in 60 days. After 60 days the maker can go and add another recruitment ad.  To Plant a board simply stand in the place you want the board to go and right-click, click plant. You must have at least 10 digging skill in order to plant a board.
